A big star becomes even bigger!

So after another phonecall we are now going to Carolas concert! The christmas spririt is fulfilled!

2nd flu jab!

So yesterday we went to take the last flu jab. T was very brave, but little E regret that she came. I said that she could bite my finger meanwhile the nurse took the jab, and so she did.
Sharp teeth she has!! :o)
A bit sore today, but no side-effects yet.(and that is not my finger we talking about)

winter wonder land.

A few days now, it´s has been cold and frosty, and I like! It brings a bit of christmas spirit.
The countdown has started!

Last of November.

Hey folks!
Yesterday I went to church. Not very often, but when our girls are singing on the 1st of advent, I have to.
The church was full with people, young, old, families and friends. Very nice atmosphere. The child-choire sang advent and christmas hymns and a little bit of christmas feeling has arrived :o)
1st of advent is quite big and important in Sweden. It´s the four sundays before christmas that we celebrate. Now it´s countdown for the big season holiday!
And we all wait for the snow to arrive....don´t we???

A star is calling..not falling.

Yesterday night Carola called us....or Ellen...hmmm maybe me aswell ;o)
She had a chatt about all kind of things, like school and what Ellen likes doing. She was happy to hear that Ellen sings at the church choir, and was wondering what songs she like.(Ellen is a bit sad that she forgot to ask her to sing something for her though)
After talking about brushing teeth and going to bed it was my turn.
She wanted to know if we where going to her christmas consert on sunday. As we don´t have any tickets, she promised to see what she could do!
I think that is so great for a famous person like her, calling us to just have a quick chatt.
She seems to be a warm, kind, caring person.
Next thing is to try to meet her...would be so cool!

A hard weekend.

A long night on friday...or early morning saturday maybe?! :o/
The sun was showing on saturday....long time no see! J and the lads came to stay on saturday night. Good food!
Sunday morning with english brekkie. After lunch to my grandad, him and Gaz drank whiskey. Hopefully he has a relaxed sunday night?!
New week, new opportunities.
